ONE YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY

The traditional quality and master craftmanship, together with your correct handling and reasonable usage, should ensure long lasting satisfactory service On this basis, we offer to service our product (other components specified below) in terms of a 1 YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY, which will operate in the following manner.

WORKMANSHIP, MATERIAL AND COMPONENTS

Excluding items specified in the paragraph below. During this period we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge to the original purchaser, other than transport cost (if any). After this period, there will be a service charge on our recommended retail purchase price of the finished product, as ruling at date of complaint, or a repair charge – which is the lesser-plus transport cost (if any).

FABRIC AND FOAM

The guarantee/warranty does not extent to the fabric and foam, as these are not manufactured by us. We reserve the right to refuse service when the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to misuse, improper installation or any causes other than defective workmanship or material. The WARRANTY extends only to the original purchaser and becomes operational on the date on which the Product was sold. Please note that there will be no guarantee of fabrics fading due to the natural tendency caused by exposure of direct sunlight. Due to dye batches and fading we cannot be responsible for exact colour matching of fabrics bought at different times.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

In the event that your couch needs to be cleaned we suggest you contact a professional upholster cleaner. Dirty marks can be cleaned with upholstery cleaner at your own risk.
